Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds.
EXCHANGE POLICY
At this time, we are only providing a store credit for all exchanges. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded in store credit. You can then use the store credit on future Admiration Uncensored orders.
Exchanges are only granted given prior approval from an Admiration Uncensored representative via email.
To request an exchange: contact us at ORDERS@ADMIRATIONUNCENSORED.COM . Approved exchanges must be returned within 7 business days from the order date.
For an exchange or store credit to be accepted: item(s) must arrive in its original unworn state, and in its original packaging. Any item(s) showing wear or damage will be returned to you in condition received.
In most cases, defective or damaged items are eligible for repair or replacement. Please reach out to initiate the process.
We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Please do not send back any items prior to exchange being approved.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please notify us within 24 hours and check with your local post office or carrier. Packages are sometimes marked as delivered, prematurely, and arrive within 24 hours.
If your package is lost or stolen, file a claim with your local carrier immediately. Admiration Uncensored will not contact parcel services on your behalf . Once your package leaves our facility, the customer assumes all responsibility.
We are not responsible for refunds or reshipments due to incorrect address or undeliverable packages, shipments lost by the carrier or stolen shipments.
